Welcome World Washer & Stamping

Welcome World Washer & Stamping

May 2020

The newest member of the Crystal Engineering family of companies.

Light fixtures. School buses. Washer/Driers. Outboard motors. What do they have in common? They’re all made using washers by World Washer & Stamping – the newest member of the Crystal Engineering family of companies.

For more than 30 years, World Washer & Stamping has stood for the core values of the American workforce – transparency, honesty, quality, hard work, attention to detail, and taking care of the people on the payroll. They get the job done – on time and on spec. And none of that is about to change.

Meet the Team

Curtis Kesner originally joined the Crystal Team in the engineering department working on improvements to the manufacturing process. This opportunity allowed him to work directly with press operators, toolmakers, and other staff in the High Speed Stamping division. Over time, he took on new roles in this department including Production Control, Purchasing and Scheduling, and Quoting. Curtis moved here last year to help direct the transition of World Washer into the Crystal family. Currently he oversees all day to day operations at World Washer. Outside of work, Curtis is usually busy exploring his new home in Illinois.

Ashly Hertzmann joined the World Washer team in January of 2020 to run Inside Sales. Any RFQ’s/quotes that come to World Washer go through her. So send Ashly a request for quote today and see why we think she's the best. Outside of work, Ashly just became a dog mom and is spending lots of time training her new puppy, Girly. She also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She can’t wait to see what this upcoming year will bring with World Washer/Crystal Engineering! She is ready to grow and go far!

Lydia Montemayor joined World Washer and Stamping in February, 2020. She is here to assist all of our customers in placing purchase orders, invoicing completed orders, as well as general customer service needs. Outside of work, she loves to read and go on long walks with her dog, Gracie. Although she has had the opportunity to talk with many of our customers in this small amount of time, she looks forward to connecting with each and every one of you in the near future!

As part of Crystal Engineering, World Washer & Stamping will continue to provide the products, services, and turnaround times known throughout the Midwest. The only difference is now they have the backing of a company with 60 years of experience and a presence in 60 countries across the globe.

We are thrilled to welcome the World Washer team, as well as the value and reputation they bring to Crystal Engineering!
